Blogger is the freeware provide by google, it was established on 2003, in blogger we have many options like earning by adsense, free templates and HTML customizing and every one can write or create blogger without any programming knowledge.
Step 1:
Login to your blogger and go to Dashboard,
In here you can see more options for controlling blogger post and creating the post,
1) Overview : you can see the page view graph, news and etc.. total overview of the blogger
2) Post : You can create new post here
3) Page : create static page,add new page and call this link to the main page or other post of the blogger like, contact page, etc..
4) Comments : If any users comments your blogger post you can able to delete or watch all the comments.
5) Google+ : Control the google plus settings like "Automatically share after posting", "Prompt to share after posting", "Use Google+ Comments on this blog"
6) Stats : Pageviews, Traffic Source, Audience , Keywords of entry, Countrys
7) Earning : Connect with Google adsense and earn money.
8) Campaigns : Adware program is used to advertise your website or blogger to google adsense ads
9) Layout : Set the layout of your blogger, like widget
10) Template : Whole template is control from here, you can backup or upload your template or edit your default HTML codes.
11) Settings : Total blogger settings are set by this tab, like who can comments, mobile and email, language and formatting, search preference and other.

i) ALL : All of your post can see here including unpublished (Draft) and Published posts
ii) Draft : User can take more than one day for creating one post, in that time we user can save the today work and continue that work from tomorrow.
iii) Published : Post are created and published to the web. All completed posts can see here.

Remaining Draft and Published also the same as all.
3) Page : -
Blogger pages are usually created for static page, If we created a post it will automatically published to the home page by descending order, but pages are not published in home page. The pages can access directly by the page url.
4) Comments : -
ii) Spam : Marked as spam by the blogger admin, if the comments is marked as spam, it won't published in public place.

Spam option also appears like published option, but here spam comments are display.
5) Google + :-
You can set the google plus settings here like post after auto share and another two options are there

i) Overview : You can see the Traffic source, number of visitors, and page views.

iii) Traffic source : This is the important tab, because here you can see the entry keyword and more details.
iv) Audience : Most visited country, operating systems entry source of the url and more details.

Create adsense account through Blogger account and earn, this is the very good opportunity to earn. so sign up genarate traffic by adsense policy and start earning.
8) Campaigns :-
Grow your audience through campaigns (Adware), enter your website url and click target set the coast of the campaign and put your ads to google.
9) Layout :-
Layout is decide your overall structure of the blogger, here your "Blog posts" area is used to show your post of the blogger.
10) Templates :-
Templates are used to set the apperance of the blogger, like color layout and etc... you can also customizing the blogger.

iv) Language and formatting :
You can set the blogger language and enable the transliteration in "Language", time zone of the blogger, date format, Time stamp format and comment timestamp format are set here.
v) Search preferences :
This is also very important step for blogger enter your description of your blogger for search engine appearance, you can set 404 error redirect if any one try to access non exist page that page will appear there.
vi) Others :
In here you can backup your blogger content, set the content type (adult or not), and more options are there.
Blogger is a platform where anyone can open a blog using google account.It is a free service but blogger has some user friendly limits.Here I am giving some information about the limits a Blogger account has.While creating this post I've put them into a list for your reference.This will surely help you at some points in your blogging future.
Account limits- Number of blogs: 100 per account.
- Profile Interests and Favorites: 2,000 characters in each field.
- Number of blogs to follow: 300 blogs per account.
- Profile "About Me" info length: 1,200 characters.
- Image uploaded via post editor: 1600px wide. Larger images can be uploaded but it will be scaled down to 1600px wide while preserving the aspect ratio.Image (for background) uploaded via Template Designer > Background page: No limit
- Image uploaded via post editor: 8MBImage (for background) uploaded via Template Designer > Background page: 300kB.
- Uploaded via Blogger Mobile: 250KBCapacity of image hosting (on Blogger partner Picasa Web Albums): 1024MB per account.
- Bandwidth of image hosting: No limit.
Blog Limits
- Length of blog title: 90 characters.
- Length of subdomain name (as in http://SUBDOMAIN.blogspot.com): 37 characters.
- Length of blog description: 500 characters.
- Number of members: 100 member invitations per blog.
- Number of readers (for a private blog): 100 per blog.
- Number of posts: No limit. (However, currently the Edit posts list maxes out at 5000 posts, which could make some older posts inaccessible for editing. Blogger is working on a fix).
- Number of posts displayed on multiple-post pages (homepage, archive etc.):
- Blogger will attempt to display the number of posts as set in Settings > Formatting > Show At Most provided the posts’ file size does not exceed the Blogger auto-pagination file size cap of 1MB.
- Bigger posts may cause fewer number of posts to be displayed.
- Number of static pages: 10 per blog.
- Number of labels: 5000 unique labels per blog.
Post Limits
- Length of individual post: No limit.
- Size of individual post: No limit, but very large posts may run you up against the multiple-post page size limit (see above).
- Number of labels: 20 unique labels per post.
- Number of comments: No limit.
- Length of post filename: 39 characters (auto-generated from post title, truncated to length).
Other Limits
- Label length: 200 characters per label.
- Comment length: 4,096 characters per comment.
